PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is formulated with various additives such as highly effective cooling accelerant, anti-oxidant and anti-rust. This product is featured by long service duration, less carbon deposit, good cooling effectiveness, light color and low odor. The maximum cooling speed can reach up to 110℃/s. This product is quite applicable in fast quenching oil and overspeed quenching oil, especially for light color quenching oil which has requirements for maximum cooling speed.

BLENDING PROCESS
Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam, and demulsifier, successively and then add the corresponding dosage of KTQ-140A after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
